Price:
Measuring accommodating by price might not be the best way. Most
accommodation in South Africa has web sites and would recommend
starting by looking at what they have to offer. Good accommodation
starts from ZAR 600.00
Safety: Make sure that you vehicle has
a safe place to park. Some accommodating charges extra for this
service (it is worth it). Access into and out of the premises
is important. Staying in down town or middle of CBD can have higher
rick of crime.
Quality: Try and see whether the accommodation
is rated or accredited by an association e.g. the AA
Travel Guides.
Meals: It is our experience that accommodation
with slow turn over or small facilities have higher risk of food
problems. Most B&B accommodation offer a breakfast meal.
Privacy: Try determine the room spread
and bathrooms arrangements. Some places have facilities that share.
GPS: Good idea to get GPS coordinate's
for accommodation to assist your arrival.
Check in and check out: On average 10.00
am is check out and check in is 14:00.
